CORPORATE OVERVIEW

Law Enforcement Associates (LEA) is the largest U.S. developer and manufacturer of undercover surveillance equipment for law enforcement, military and security customers around the world. For nearly 40 years, the company's audio Intelligence Devices (AID) division has supplied a broad line of surveillance products from stealth body wires to disguised micro recorders to thousands of law enforcement professionals working in undercover, narcotics and related fields. LEA has recently expanded through its worldwide product licensing agreement with Smith & Wesson Corp.

LEA also manufactures advanced video camera systems used for a variety of surveillance applications. These include the Under Vehicle Inspection System (UVIS), a ground-based explosive detection platform that captures high-resolution video images of an automobile's undercarriage. Roughly 2,000 of the systems have been installed at high-security locations around the globe. In September 2007, LEA sold its first UVIS for use at a major U.S. airport.

LEA is leveraging its expertise in high-resolution video technology to launch a series of new products. These devices include a mini hands-free camera for use by law enforcement personnel, and the Graffiti Cam, a covert video recording unit designed to proactively notifying law enforcement of graffiti-related crimes.
