Each unit has an extremely lightweight high quality recorder with removable memory as well as our High Gain microphone secreted under the tobacco compartment. When the agent removes the lid, a compartment with actual tobacco permanently adhered is revealed (see picture below).  The agent simply turns on the recorder with one push of the Record/Stop button. The unit will vibrate once quickly to assure the unit is in the record mode. Additional chewing tobacco can be placed in unit for added concealability/tobacco use. Great for bars, on a table during meetings, outdoor recordings, in car meets, etc.
